Scrambled message for a 1 second or 2?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you lot can help me. For the past few days I have been getting the scrambled message for a second or 2. Would this short scrambled message be more of a internet issue or a server issue? And also the hd channels seem to get the message more than the sd channels.
