Newbie - Can I use my on gift subscription with multi-room at 2 different locations

Just new to all this and want to ask if anyone knows if I can use my gift subscription with multiroom enable at 2 different locations on 2 boxes (Home and Office).

Also when would I know that my F5s needs updating
