frequency help

hi guys,
has anyone got the frequency's for (animal planet Hd) and (mtv r&b) channels I have lost a few channels but found the other frequency's on here bar the ones i'm asking for ive also found how manually tune them in so going to give it ago anything I should be aware of before I try this heads up or pointers welcome
