Rebuilt list and fixed various issues that could cause errors.
Added satellites 2e up to 58w making the list suitable for motorized setups. (Still only 28.2e populated)
Fixed the flag issue where menu options are grayed out.
All $ channels flags set correctly now
Correct Audio Pids selected by default including Sports Interactive Channels
