64gb suddenly in RAW help

Hi.

I have just purchased a 64gb flash drive, when i first installed the drive i could only use eFAT and FAT32, i deleted the partition tried NTFS, without success, now my drive has suddenly has RAW read only, so im unable to write a new partition to the drive.

Any ideas what i could try to get the drive to write again.
