BT Sport on F5

Can anyone help me please? :beg:
I have just purchased the F5 in the hope I can put my old Sky viewing card in it and watch BT Sports 1, 2 and ESPN.
I already have BT Infinity and BT have enabled BT Sport on my viewing card number.
My problem is, the BT Sports channels and ESPN are still scrambled $.
Is there something I need to do to the F5 to get it to read my viewing card properly?
