Skybox f5 channel list(no hd channels)

HEY

i am pretty new to this but i sat for a few hours on the skybox and hid all of the hd channels and also moved the other channels about to a better list.

i also hid some of the adult channels and most of the foreghn stuffTP_PROG.DBSTP_PROG.DBS


i also sorted out all of the plus one channels as they where in the wrong places so i just made all the normal channels then the correct +1 after each channel
