sky box f5 (no channels)

my skybox f5 was working fine then it just came up with a message saying no signal.
ive tried everything to get it working but no luck. I know its not the dish because sky is working downstairs. ive checked the signal quality and its at 10% signal intensity is 37%
please could someone help please..
