new to the site, and looking for help to resolve an issue I have at present
I have an f5s skybox and have had it since December 2013,
all has been fine until a couple of hours ago, I did the latest channel update and since it installed and I exited the tools menu page it went to re load and it has frozen and just says load, and has done for quite a while,
the fella I bought the box off recommended to unplug the box and leave it off for a bit, but didn't specify how long?
so I did it for half an hour and then 1 hour, both times I replugged it in and still no joy it still saying load on front of box
any help would be greatly appreciated,
I noticed some one mentioning about backing up? sadly I have not backed up any data at all, :(
