I bought skybox f5s 7 months ago and the price included a 12 months free gift and it works fine. My problem is I can`t get most channels now, they are all scrambled. I thought 12 months free gift is the period where you don`t need to do anything to the skybox. Does it mean that I have to update the firmware. Anyone with an idea please?.
