HELP :( skyf5s

Hi all newbie here... I have a problem with my sky box since I updated the latest update...

Its as tho I only have freeview channels and none of the other ones? It was working ok before the update with only a few channels gone but now I dont actually have anything apart from the free channels :(

Does anyone have a clue why the channels are not working after the update?

Any help would be greatly appreciated everyone.
