I have a Samsung UE46f6400 Smart TV with anynet+, Onkyo HT-R380 surround sound and skybox f5 all connected via HDMI leads.
The anynet+ facility works perfectly between the Onkyo and the TV but once the skybox is connected via HDMI (not necessarily switched on) it disables Anynet+, causing us to unplug it in order to watch anything on the Smart TV in surround sound.
I have bought a Lindy HDMI CEC Less Female to Male Adapter to try and get round the problem but it hasnt worked, Ive tried plugging it in at the back of the skybox and also in the back of the Onkyo but it does not work. (perhaps Im plugging this in at the wrong place). I have also tried to reset the system memories for each item by switching off at the wall (as recommended in other posts)
Im hoping someone out there has a Samsung TV and a skybox f5 and would love to know how you got round the problem with anynet+,
