I have a Skybox F3s the remote only works on the up and down in anything etc. Favourites, films, documentary's when I try any side ways on the remote it goes to a black screen and I have to reboot same with the INFO button I bought a new remote it was just the same. if I press the buttons on the box it works to move the info side ways ?? any idea's.
