All Paid Channels Scrambled??

This happened once and hlf an hr later it was fine. This time it looks a little bit more serious. Everything was working fine earlier in the day and for some reason all $ channels are scrambled. What could it be? I've reset the box a couple of times and checked all wires. Not sure at all :s
