Screwed up my satellite list -help please

Hi

Today I needed to replace my LNB as the dish had corroded and was beyond repair.

Used a satellite signal meter and installed it and pointed it in the direction the previous one had done. Got a good signal and then re-tuned the F5. It was picking up the Sky UK 28A

Now I get loads of channels but they are all German and French.

What have I done wrong?
