A850 HD problems

I currently have a A850 connected directly to cable feed not through splitter.
All SD channels work fine with no freezing or glitching.
However all HD channels do freeze or lose pixels for a second then come back. Also BBC one HD and ITV HD say scrambled or no video.

Does anyone know why this is or how to put it right.
