Skybox F5 software issue

Hello guys,

can anyone help me please, i just giot a Skybox F5 from china, and the software it has is M6...
and i would like to upgrade it as it is acting guufy , getting stuck, starting all over agin etc,

but i get a file missmatch error,

dos anybody have a solution for this issue,

please help,
