Skybox F5s scrambled after a few weeks of working

Afternoon everyone! I'm new here, so please go easy on me

I bought a skybox last month and have been using test lines for a while to get comfortable with different vendors and I found one I was happy to use; price, service and quality all top notch.

I paid for 6 months, so if they did a runner or whatever, I'm out of pocket for those 6 months and not 12. The website was Cccamshare . co . uk

After a little bit of lagging, I've woken up to all my channels scrambling after 5 seconds. Can anyone shed a little light? Maybe I've gone with a shit company, or it's just a bad line. I've submitted a ticket with them (they use satvps as their CRM) and waiting to hear back.

Any thoughts in the mean time, maybe it's just horrible service I've got. I'm not sure.
