Passwords

Hey guys,

Im pretty new to all this but im just trying to get boxnation sorted for tonight. its just coming up with a no signal icon at the moment along with other channels like BT sports HD.
From what ive read i need to update the channel list which seems pretty straight forward however the problem i have is i don't no the password. Any ideas on how i can find that out?
