As a techie I understand the need to protect bandwidth etc but surely once a member has registered and posted a couple of posts they should be able to download files? I'd like to download the TC Chanel list displayed on this forum and am having to create posts (like this one) to hopefully count towards my post count so I can download this file - not really the best first experience but hey ho - maybe I can download it now...
