F5s box 7day EPG????

I'm wanting to get the new 7 day EPG guide on my F5s that I've recently received.

I ordered one last week and im over the moon with how its been so far I wish I had of done this a while ago. :-/ That aside I know a friend who has the full 7 day EPG guide where as I only have the now and next option............
I've read some of the threads but I don't seem to have the required software on my box. Any ideas please.??????

In most of the threads that I've seen on here you need to go to the "System Setup" section on the menu (yes that's fine) and then select the "EPG And Time Setting" but I don't have this option to select. Any ideas as I'm obviously very new to this. Please accept my apologies.

I'm fairly decent with a PC so if I need to update or install anything from USB that will be no probs. Any help at all would be much appreciated....
