EPG Inaccurate

Sorry if this has been posted before but I can't see it.

I bought an F5S with gift and to be fair the guy who i'm dealing with has been pretty good so far. Unfortunately since the clocks changed my EPG is now off by an hour I and haven't been able to find a resolution and my guy says the problem is related to the 'manufacturer'.

I'm pretty new to this but do I just need to download a new channel list e.g. AJ's for all to be well with the world again?
