SKYBOX F5 channels scrambled but box is online HELP PLEASE

Hi all, I'm a bit puzzled here basically my gift channels are coming up scrambled below are some pictures to best describe it

has anyone got any solutions to this, it does the same when i use the wifi adapter as well as the lan cable
