noob question regarding missing channels.

Evening all

I received my F5s box the other day, have it setup, updated firmware, loaded AJ channel list etc and have a sub configured.

Question, is that there are a few specific channels missing i.e. a couple of the movie channels, but the main thing is that none of the BBC channels are working.

Any ideas or suggestions?
