I have followed all the instructions for setting up a BM5000s, but the line is not connecting. This is the second 5000 I have set up and the first worked perfectly. The line has been checked on another box and is fine. I am able to get the N-Line set up menu and entered all the details several times, but the check box stays obstinately yellow and not green as it should be. I even tried a factory reset and went through the whole process again. I have FTA channels ok. Any ideas, because I do not know what to try next?
