The phantom boxes are Starview 7 boxes with a phantom label on. This was done because of all the bad history of Starview which has recently been taken over in Decemeber 2013. If you download the phantom software from the download area of TechKings it will work and the only reason the channels still say scrambled after you put in 1819 is because your subscription has expired. If you go to Menu utility, system information, you will see that even though your box number is now longer the expiry date of your original SV7 box is still exactly the same.
