hi there. i had a power surge a couple of hours ago for a few seconds and when my kv 780 came back on the picture and menus have became pixelated. i have tried everything i can think of. i have turned it off unplugged everything and left it for a while done a factory reset and software update and when it boots back up it still the same. can anyone give me any help on this please.

hi, just to let you know the problem has been solved. the problem must be from either my scart to hdmi convertor or hdmi splitter as i plugged the scart from box to tv raw and the picture is fine.
