skybox f3 channels scrambled!

Hi got a issue with my skybox f3. For some reason all the $ channels are scrambled. I have tried all the usual checks, ive reset the box and the router, checked to make sure the server is online wich it is. I have also checked the you tube app wich also works fine. Some help with this would be much appreciated.
