Skybox f5s Signal Problems

Hi, folks i just bought Skybox f5s but having no signal on the V Channels but on H channels there is plenty of signal.

It only happpens when the kids watch tv with there Skybox f3. In the other room.
Can anyone please point out what is wrong.
