Exiting favourites

Hi all

Probably a really easy question. How do I exit out of the favourites guide and revert back to the standard long channel list. I've told the wife the number she needs to enter for the kids programs as I'm not home tomorrow. However now I am in favourites list 1 the number she needs to enter no longer works.

Would be keen to know how to get back to the standard list
