noob question regarding satalite for the f5s!?

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask a questions which im sure most of u all know..
just recieved the f5s through the door today. And was wondering if i need an old sky satalite dish for this or can i just plug in my normal ariel from the roof that normally goes into my tv to pick up freeview?
