Blade Stream IPTV Box

Hi everyone, I am brand new to forums and I am wanting some help. I have a blade IPTV box and am wanting to know how to work it. How do I get tv channels onto it and how to put apps on it. If there is a total beginners guide I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.
