Hi all. I bought a Skybox F5 last week but have been unable to connect it to Virgin (even the youtube app doesn't work). All the cables are where they should be and I can get the FTA channels but none of the premium ones. I have sent it back to the seller and it works fine his end, using Virgin too! He's very kindly going to refund me. Anyway, do I need to alter settings in my router to ensure compatibility as I would really like one of these boxes. Very frustrating!! Many thanks!
