Questions?

Hi I am new here and new to all this stuff so please bare with me and please don't get angry if I don't know everything at the start. I came here as it seems the best forum to ask about the skybox and seems members are friendly and really help and hope you can help me. I have a number of questions below which I hope you guys can answer. Thanks.

1. I got the Skybox F5 as a gift it has all the paid channels, HD channels and free channels and activation for 12 months. But what exactly is cline?

2. When I access the EPG crashes and screws the box, so I have to restart the box, why does this happen and can this be fixed? Also is there any way of the EPG to show programmes of all 7 days as on mine it only shows 2 programmes and on others it doesn't show anything?

3. As I am on the server and it has all the main channels, cant I get other channels which are scrambled to work? Is it possible to get sky box office and sky sports ppv channels to work as it doesn't on mine?

4. Is there much difference between the F5 an F6?

5. Compared to the quality of SD channels on sky is the quality less on the skybox in terms of the SD channels?

6. I have no hardrive in the skybox to record stuff would I need to buy and external hardrive? How is the recording functionality of he skybox compare to sky for example?
