New Getting Sky box

Hi there im new to this so would just like some advice i have a sky satellite dish and have broadband

i have searched and read its better to get one without a gift so im looking at a sky box f5s think it is or if anyone could recommend different one ?
also then i need a ccamserver i think it is i have read that ukcamsharing is the best but there signups are closed is there any other good ones out there ? would like all sky tv channels
