How to delete channels and bouquets on vu duo

Hi guys

another noob question.

I installed the vix image and went through the wizard and allowed it to scan for channels - I then installed auto boquet maker and that did it's scan. Now when i go to browse my channel lists its just a huge messy list.

...then I read a couple of tutorials...

So it looks like I should have skipped the scan and just used the boquet maker to add the channels and keep it all nice and clean (I think)

So is there a simple way to remove all the channels and boquets and start again without flattening the box and starting from scratch?
