audio but no picture

Hi, had the f5 running with a new line for a couple of days and there's a couple of issues, first one is that on babytv channel I have audio but no picture, the other issue is that the movie hd channels stutter and bomb around peak time, is this due to overload on the line providers server? Any help/advice appreciated
