My friend has an f5s. He's trying to use it at his mums house where she had 2 other boxes and 2 dishes setup to pick up the Greek channels as well as the Astra channels. Both the old boxes would show channels from both dishes
With no other boxes plugged in he has no channels on the f5.
His mum had a similar problem before. When 1 of the boxes got fried she got a dreambox from an other supplier and it wouldn't work. Something to do with the way the dishes were wired up.
she had to change a setting on the box to find the 2nd dish (the Astra)
Is there anything I can do to help?
