skybox f5s rte scramble issue

Hi guys,
wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me, I have an f5s and have access to every station fine apart from in the Irish fav's, RTE 1 says scrambled, all the other irish channels are fine.
Ive done a fres blind scan and reflashed with the latest firmware but still no joy.
