So I bought the F5s box from amazon about a month ago, plugged it in and off we went. I even managed to download a new channel list so the channel numbers are the same as Sky as that's where we've come from.
Yesterday however all the channels are scrambled except for the freeview ones. I've tried the basic turn it off and on and turn the router off and on but this still hasn't worked. I kind of hoped it was a glitch and that I'd wake up this morning with it magically fixed but it hasn't :(
I've read through some of the forums on here for advice and a lot of it talks about CCcam but I have no idea what this is!! If I go to menu and Camds Setup and then the CCcam Client Setup it just gives me two options of either update files by USB or manage config files but should there be a green tick or something somewhere?!!
Anyway, I know I must sound like a complete idiot but if anyone can explain this in simpleton terms to be, I'd be very grateful!! :)
